“I will say this. The manager of the Frisco Texas location makes things go. He works and multi tasks. Unlike a Federal Govt employee that works from home 2 hours a day 3 days a week for 6 figures. They work hard and did everything to make my purchase and requirements happen. It's not a Staples perfection store that charges double the price for everything. It's a warehouse and that's where you save your money. I would hire this manager in a flash. Just go with that in mind. Not glamorous place but very nice people who know what they are doing”

“This location of the UPS store is very convenient for me. I like that they have reasonably close parking and if the close parking is full there's lots of available parking nearby. They seem to be pretty fast at checkout compared to others. This may be in part because they have installed a quick self-service returns for Amazon packages and such, which is a more convenient setup than the one at whole foods in my opinion.”
“I am sharing this update to help inform others. This is not a typical UPS location. They are located INSIDE the Omni PGA Hotel near the conference rooms. They are mostly there to service the hotel and their guests.In order to access it, you have to pay for parking either self park or valet. Then there is a long treck from the lobby to find it. Prices are also different from a typical UPS store since it is inside a resort.Nice, clean store and good service, but there are more convenient locations nearby.”

“I want to sincerely thank Isaac for going above and beyond during my visit. I was struggling to bring in a heavy 35-pound package into the store with a back injury, hobbling my way through the parking lot in the middle of a hot July day. Before I could even make it to the door, Isaac saw me and immediately came outside to help. He picked up the package, carried it inside for me, and made sure it got checked in and sent out without me having to lift a thing.

“I've been a customer for this UPS store for several years. I only have high praises, fond memories and a great time with every employees at the newly renovated UPS store. The employees are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The only UNPROFESSIONAL and NEGATIVE experience I have witness came from the customers not the employees. On several occasions myself and other customers had address an unruly and disrespectful customer.
Two weeks ago I was waiting in line, Ms. Bobbie and other employees were assisting customers. Ms. Bobbie asked me to wait a few minutes while they complete a large order. A regular customer walked in and stood in front of me. Ms. Bobbie told the customer I was next in line. The customer complained I wasn’t in line and I wasn’t ready. On her way out the door the customer started yelling, cussing and called us names. The staff remain calm and continue to help other customers.
What the irate customer @ Flor Puga didn’t know was EVERYONE HEARD YOU. WHAT you will know is….some customers mentioned your behavior was typical, predictable and you will post a negative review. #PREDICTBLE
My question for @ Flor Puga, If you are unhappy with their customer service, why do you continue to patronize this establishment? Moreover, your problem is lack of time management not UPS customer service.
I can’t imagine working at UPS, seeing over 100 customers a day and EXPECTED to remain calm and professional when customer are yelling, cussing and calling me names.
No matter where we go, we have to wait for someone or something. 80% of UPS customer are IN A HURRY ( including myself). We on our way to work, on lunch break or on our way home. Our lack of time management is not the UPS employees PROBLEM. If you are running late and don’t have time to wait…. Do NOT GO TO UPS ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK.
Instead of being disrespectful try managing your time better and give people who are in customer service GRACE like people give you grace at your place of employment.”
“I walked into this business on a weekday afternoon and needed a print job completed immediately for a PTA event. Zeke and Tanesha were friendly and told me they would ask their manager if it was possible to complete the job. Ashley, their manager, came out to greet me and agreed to complete the print job.
