“Had a fantastic experience with Fully Promoted in McKinney! I worked with Aaron, and he was awesome from start to finish. They were able to get everything done in a very timely manner, and I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the entire process. They took my logo and embroidered it on a test sample first so I could see exactly how it would look and approve it before putting it on my polo. That extra step gave me a ton of confidence in the final product, and it turned out great. As a business owner, it’s important to have people you can trust with your brand, and I feel extremely confident using Fully Promoted moving forward. Great people, great communication, fair pricing, and high-quality work. I’ll absolutely be using Aaron and the team again for future apparel and branding needs for my business. Highly recommend!”

“It should be posted on every single one of these places on google, that their last pickup by FedEx is sometime around 430pm! The main stand alone stores is around 6pm. It all depends on distance from the main hub so packages can get to an outbound airplane or truck, depending on selected service level.”

“Rick, the store manager, was very helpful, and very kind. I had to package some items that I needed to drop off for USPS, and he even gave me some pointers for a different packaging store that ships for USPS without having to wait in line at the post office. He has a great attitude and didn't make me feel like a bother! Will go back to this location to be served by Rick, even though it's out of my way.”

“Exceptional Service & True Professionals! I want to extend my absolute sincerest thanks and appreciation to the incredible team at this Eldorado Pkwy location. For the past 7 years, I have been bringing school story projects here for color printing, and they have always turned out so bright, colorful, and on fantastic quality paper. Their high-quality work has directly helped me bring the love of Christ to warm the hearts of residents at a local retirement home, where we have served for the past 5 years doing puppet shows, singing, and interacting with them. Most recently, I brought in an oversized lamination job, and once again, the quality of their work far exceeded my highest expectations! They even went the extra mile to trim it to the perfect size, and the final result looks absolutely terrific. This office is hands-down the absolute best in McKinney, and that starts from the top down. I want to especially highlight the manager, who represents the absolute best of old-school customer service—incredibly approachable, deeply professional, and genuinely caring. It is rare to find a team that handles customers with such grace and excellence. Thank you so much for your outstanding service over the years; it is greatly and highly appreciated!”
