About The UPS Store
This UPS Store is located inside the Omni PGA Resort hotel in the conference center area. It is not a typical UPS Store, as it primarily services the hotel, its conferences, and guests. It is open to the public but can be harder to find and access, requiring paid parking and a walk from the lobby. The best access is through the conference center circle drive. The store is nice and clean. The staff is consistently described as fantastic, amazing, kind, extremely helpful, and very fast. They provide great customer service and go above and beyond, including staying open extended hours to accommodate events and handling last-minute needs efficiently. The service is wonderful and stress-free. While prices differ from a typical store and it is less convenient than nearby locations, it is also less busy, and the employees are known to provide great service.

I can't say enough great things about the staff at this location. We were hosting an event at the Omni Hotel and had a handful of last-minute print needs. Stephanie and team were so kind, very fast, and covered all our needs and more. Wonderful place.

This UPS Store was great! Greeted at the door and helped thru the whole process of getting files printed off.
