“I have had a mailbox box at this UPS Store for several years, and always had a good experience with this store. Gabe the Mgr. does a fantastic job training the new employees, who always say hello when people enter the store, and the franchise owner is periodically in the store working hard to make sure things are running smoothly. If you are looking for an extra Mailbox for your Small Business, need Copies, Notary Services or Mailing a Package, give this store a chance, they won't disappoint you.”

I emailed her the same day, and she got back to me first thing Monday morning. She truly listened to my concerns and assured me she would address the situation with her team.
