“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Christian Brothers Automotive Frisco West. I brought my vehicle in after another shop gave me an alignment printout showing a major, unadjustable camber issue in the rear. I fully expected to face an expensive repair bill to fix a potentially bent suspension component.
Instead of taking advantage of the situation, the team here put my car on their machine and discovered the previous shop's readings were actually incorrect. They double-checked everything, made the proper necessary adjustments, and didn't charge me a dime for the correction! They took the time to explain exactly what they saw—noting some slight factory spring sagging—and gave me a completely transparent, low-pressure explanation of my options without trying to force an unnecessary upsell.
