“I wanted to provide some good feedback for Qwan(sp?) and, I believe the other mechanic is Brennan or Braeden. Both of these guys have looked at a couple of issues on cars that I have brought in and provided some basic troubleshooting and feedback. Unfortunately, both issues could not be repaired at that particular shop (Due to tools required or management not approving the time it would require) but it gave me something to pinpoint with the shops who actually could complete the repairs rather than hoping they aren't gouging me. My girlfriend sent me there because she felt like she got honest troubleshooting with no pressure to resolve every issue and honesty on what they could resolve vs. which items would have to be resolved at a bigger shop. That has me coming back to them for oil changes and anything minor and if they can't do major repairs I appreciate the time they spend to troubleshoot and provide some guidance in what to share with the next shop.”
“They fixed the door lock on drivers side same day! They are all so professional and friendly. Reassuring too! I have a very old car but they keep it going for me. I am so grateful they are so trustworthy and follow up promptly for any questions or problems. I have 3 vehicles and only use them, have for several years and never disappointed on any work they have done. Totally recommend them for automotive needs! “TL;DR Outstanding service, quickly resolved the issue.
I can’t thank these guys enough for what they did. I was visiting from out of town when I noticed what I thought was a minor tire issue. Between events, I called to see if they had an open bay and could take a look.
They discovered that my brake pads were completely worn down to the metal. They completed a full brake job within two hours and got me safely back on the road without missing any of my events. To top it off, they applied a discount and made sure the tire issue I had initially noticed was also resolved.
Excellent service, honest communication, and an incredibly fast turnaround. I highly recommend them!”
