“Gwen at this Enterprise location is a treasure. I was having a horrendous day, having just been rear-ended the day before. She picked me up from the collision shop after I dropped my car off and made me feel at ease right away. Her humor and kindness turned my entire mood around. Once we got to Enterprise, she walked me through how to get in touch with the at-fault member’s insurance company to get the right rental car (I needed a standard size instead of the mini the insurance company was trying to give me because of my son’s car seat). She also took the time to make sure I had that rental for as long as I needed it. She walked me around the car, showed me the features, and overall ensured that I was comfortable before I left. Really can’t thank her enough for making the experience so much better than it could have been.

“I had a large SUV booked with Enterprise for a family vacation for a month. 36 hours before our trip, Enterprise called and said they couldn't produce a large SUV. We physically could not travel without this size vehicle. So I booked through the corporate number with this location, and was so flustered with the last minute change that I accidentally booked a 12:00 pickup when I needed one much earlier. The day before, Stacy kept me informed along the way on the status of my vehicle. She was able to have it ready for me earlier so that we could leave on time. She was patient and very detailed on the status of the vehicle along the way.”
