“The best movers in Houston? I think so! I have used this company twice now over a span of 3 years and they always do an unbelievable job with the utmost care. The first move was a simple one just a few blocks away but our last move took us out of Houston to our new home here in San Antonio.
As far as city-to-city (same state) moving rates, we found them to be very reasonably priced. But what really makes them the best is their professionalism! We spent a lot of time bubble wrapping many of our appliances, electronics, and furniture, but the team that we got (I would highly recommend this particular team of Byron, Fernando, and Jesus) carefully wrapped and used thick blankets for everything that went into their truck. They were also fast, completing the upload for our entire home in 3 hours and the download in 2 hours. This included taking the beds apart and putting them back together in the new home and transporting all our heavy appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc.) The truck's storage space was also very clean and well-maintained.
I would strongly recommend Los Flores for city-to-city moves originating in Houston. The guys mentioned that they also do these types of moves for Dallas and Austin, in addition to San Antonio. Use this team if you want professionalism and care with moving your items. I have included some photos of the truck.”

I had the best and most amazing experience with UPack! Their prices were the best! Their service was amazing! Everything went smooth from start to finish. They are a well oiled machine and I would most definitely use their service again as well as recommend to family, friends and clients.
When it came time to have my container delivered, I panicked thinking there wouldn’t be enough room in one container to fit everything. The representative told me not to worry and a second container would be delivered - at no additional cost! - and if I didn’t use it they would simply pick it up with the one that was filled. This blew my mind. Because they carry a forklift with the trailer holding the container to be delivered, it can be placed anywhere desired - so helpful! They were placed right outside next to where I would be loading it. PODS places them where they want, so you don’t have a choice. They were delivered and picked up right on time. I chose - needed to - store it for a month for a seriously reasonable fee.
When I called yesterday to schedule delivery, it was delivered today. The driver arrived on time and was super pleasant and thoughtful. He was mindful of an oak tree branch hanging low in the driveway and not wanting to damage it while maneuvering the container down the driveway. I unloaded the container within minutes. He encouraged me to do so (appreciated because I didn’t have to wait for it to be picked up at a later date) and he knew he wouldn’t damage the oak tree on the way back down the driveway. Exceptional! Everything was exactly in place how I had packed it and everything inside arrived in perfect condition. Grateful!

“Been at this property for awhile in building 1 and lately the temperature has been higher than normal on the inside. I went and spoke with JT the property manager about the situation and he informed me that while it is climate controlled the units that keep it cooled aren't functioning properly and will get looked into. I asked if there was an ETA on the repair and he said he's unsure but will try to keep everyone updated as time goes. He was professional and really forward with the information and I appreciate that. So wanted to leave this and give him a shoutout for the help!”

Especially working with Donna. She responded to every inquiry the same day, even multiple times in the same day. I know I was probably bugging her with updates (starting to get impatient with Covid, shipping delays, etc.) but EVERY single email and question was addressed.I highly recommend. Again, if you are a first time shipper you need to be patient. Cheapest is not always the best, ask around. Going cheap can come back to bite you.My international career is finished, but I would definitely use SCL again.Stephen E.”
