“So I visited Galveston with my family this summer and of course we needed last min items. Of course we were lost but one of their store pick up shoppers was beyond helpful!!! Her name is Kendra she basically knew the store like the back of her hand. And took the time to help us find coolers sunscreen to snacks and more also she knew the deals for that week!!! All I can say is Amazing!!! And thank you Kendra!!!!”

“After filling prescriptions at just about every major pharmacy available on Galveston Island, I feel comfortable enough to say that my experience at Randall's pharmacy has been the best one. I realize there are not enough pharmacies on the island because it's obvious if you pay attention, they are all crazy busy. I think it says a lot about a business to watch how they operate under stress. Walgreens is by far the worst, highly recommend you avoid both of them around here. But Randall's, they're pretty great. While they wouldn't get my son's insurance information from another pharmacy when the bill came out to over $400, she did write down what I needed to ask for on the phone. They're also nice when you speak to them, and they don't rush you away. I ended up moving all of my medications to Randall's even though its clear on the other side of the island from my home.”

“I don't usually have issues at this pharmacy, although I HAVE had a major issue ~1.5yrs ago with this particular location all of a sudden not allowing me to refill a controlled substance I had been filling HERE for 3 years straight. I know I wasn't the only victim of this because upon calling other pharmacies in the near vicinty, I was told they were flooded with requests for that medication & couldn't take on anymore new clients.”

“Stopped by to get some household items and had a great experience. The cashier greeted us nicely as we walked inside the front door! There were a ton of holiday items on sale, as well as items for the upcoming holidays! I was amazed at the extremely cheap sparkling juice for 80 cents.”

“The first pharmacy tech I used knew everything and prompted me for information (Friday afternoon between 545-6pm March 2, 2018) he was helpful and knowledgeable wish I would have caught his name. The second one, Matt (Monday March 5) he was ...uh...I don't know and I not pro active in finding out. I eventually asked for the boss and got it all sorted. Today I get there to pick up...March 7...there's 2 lanes. A truck in one so I go into the empty R lane. Wrong!!! LEFT LANE for PICK UP. RIGHT LANE for DROP OFF. had to go all the way around and another car drove up to promptly take my place!! Noticed this CVS still uses a phone as an intercom. Get with the times!! Over all I would and will use them again.”

“Lost my medication for my cruise. My doctor sent a new script over. The two young ladies that helped me (as an out of state customer) and 2 insurances. The system gave them a bit of a hassle. Next thing I know there was an elderly man yelling at these girls, that they are not working their hardest and he was unhappy with the service. All she asked for was the last 4 of his phone number to help get him checked out and he started yelling more since he got a new phone and did not remember his phone number. That was not their fault! My husband kindly turned to him and tried to to explain that it was our insurance giving them a hard time. They were busy and working as quickly as they could.I was so impressed by Aniya and Korynn, they continued to help the man, was nice as could be to him and he was still being rude and causing a scene.These young ladies went above and beyond with their profession and continued to keep a smile on their faces. They truly deserve to be recognized for their hard work, professionalism and kindness.Let’s not forget with my insurance giving them a hard time they were still able to get my medication so I could make my cruise on time!No matter what happens from here ladies, keep your head up, keep those beautiful Smiles on your face and know.. we see you and appreciate you! You two have so much grind and dedication! The future is in your hands and you will go far in life!!”
