“Outstanding customer service!! I found this boutique online while searching for hooked decorative pillows for our vacation property. I ordered two pillows. One had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Kim sent me a handwritten note in the box with the first pillow explaining the situation with her phone number. She kept me up to date during this process. I was delighted when the second pillow arrived as promised! I wish I didn’t live across the country so that I could visit this shop personally.
