She went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed something and always kept her promises. I really appreciate her professional attitude and warm personality.”

“Hello I've been living at this apartment complex for the past 13 years with my family, and honestly been pretty happy overall consuming neighbors and office staff. The manager has been here a long long time that proves he's doing a good job with his team, this apartments are really nice are being remodel and I've looked around the area price wise and believe me they are really competitive prices. Other apartments are super old and the prices are high to the roof here they try to help u every time u renew ur contract, they give good offers so u can stay and for us its been a blessing as u all know the economy is not really good now days. So people in the office are nice the lady in the front desk always helps with our needs and things need that need to be fix or replace at our apartment of course there are times they take more time to do it but they do there best with kids u know is not easy to have everything perfect at home u know walls, floors etc.etc.etc. But give the apartments a try we have alots of restaurants, schools, grocery stores, 635 LBJ freeway is next to us, dart bus stops right next to the office really convenient when u need public transportation. Hope this review will help u all come and check them out i sure this will be a nice place to live with or without family.... thanks ?”

“We are delighted with our choice to move to the Heights - so peaceful, great staff, attention to construction detail and handicapped access . It is very convenient to both Richardson and Firewheel Mall. it is necessary, however to add to cleaning up the dog poop and stations as well as the halls. recently the maintenance staff under the new operators were great - AC stopped at night in early Oct and they were here the next AM when I called in45 minutes- nice man also”

“I have lived at el castillo for over 4 yrs. When I first moved in, It was all I could afford, It was not the best apartments. But over the past 2 years, we have had a new property manager that hasgone above and beyond with trying to improve the property. We have a new parking lot WITHOUT giant pot holes that withheld water. Sometimes it is am inconvenience on the water being shut off, but that's due to repairs that should have been done many years ago. But im happy to be a resident here at el castillo. Im happy we finally have a manager that cares for this community.”
