“Our experience living at Bell Cityline has been very good. I believe if we were staying in the area we would continue living here for a while.
The people have been great. Ron and Jacob were a big help when we first moved in, and Sherrie has been wonderful in the past couple of months. Sherrie helped us with our moving out process and was a joy to work with.
Maintenance has been responsive to all of our work orders, usually resolving the issue within 24hrs.
Lots of reviews mention roaches. We’ve had a few but never what I would call an infestation, we always put in a work order to as soon as we saw something and they’d come spray. Also when you’re at an apartment complex in a city like this, bugs happen, we just kept our place as clean as we could and didn’t have that big of an issue.
We’re thankful for Bell Cityline serving as our home for a few years!”

“I recently moved into Monopoly Place Duplex and it’s been a great experience. The neighborhood is always serene & peaceful. I’ve had the best sleep the last 4 months I’ve had in years. The people that live in this duplex community have been respectful and friendly. Monopoly Place Duplex is walking distance from eclectic restaurants and White Rock Lake walking/jogging/biking/hiking trails. I feel safe in this area. Christy & Lisa in the management office have been kind & take the time to know you personally. I’ve not had interaction with maintenance yet as my duplex has not had repair issues. It’s great living in a house *no more stairs* & it’s enjoyable to grill in the private, fenced in backyard. Monopoly Place Duplex has a wonderful community and I’m happy to be a part of it.”

“I've been a resident of Spring Pointe Apartments for over 4 years and I've seen my share of changes, good and bad, which includes management, tenants, maintenance and staff. As for current property owner Valiant Residential and Property Manager, Lyric Parker, I have nothing but good things to say. From my experience, both Ms. Lyric and her staff are pleasant and professional people to work with. Ms. Lyric is reliable and attentive. Whenever I had an issue or a complaint, she never hesitated to address the matter. She's very understanding and helpful. I've never had an issue with maintenance. Whenever something needed repair, they were prompt and efficient in getting it done. Thanks Ms. Lyric for everything.”

“Apartment manager (Sasha) and maintenance are extremely responsive and respectful. I would give 6 stars to them if I could. It’s another perk of not living in a massive unit. It’s an overall very quiet neighborhood. Great place to live if you want feel a little bit insulated from the “hustle and bustle””
“I toured this apartment community today and had a wonderful experience. The leasing consultant, Rachel, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions, and did her best to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the tour.
The apartment community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The apartments are spacious and attractive, and I was impressed with the overall property.

“Hello I've been living at this apartment complex for the past 13 years with my family, and honestly been pretty happy overall consuming neighbors and office staff. The manager has been here a long long time that proves he's doing a good job with his team, this apartments are really nice are being remodel and I've looked around the area price wise and believe me they are really competitive prices. Other apartments are super old and the prices are high to the roof here they try to help u every time u renew ur contract, they give good offers so u can stay and for us its been a blessing as u all know the economy is not really good now days. So people in the office are nice the lady in the front desk always helps with our needs and things need that need to be fix or replace at our apartment of course there are times they take more time to do it but they do there best with kids u know is not easy to have everything perfect at home u know walls, floors etc.etc.etc. But give the apartments a try we have alots of restaurants, schools, grocery stores, 635 LBJ freeway is next to us, dart bus stops right next to the office really convenient when u need public transportation. Hope this review will help u all come and check them out i sure this will be a nice place to live with or without family.... thanks ?”

“This is a great place to live if you like small city living. It's off the main path, but close to everything on the main road (78/Lakeview). The office staff Monique and Hannah have been very friendly and answered all my leasing questions. I can't wait to move here!”
