“Great customer service! Super sweet, knowledgeable and informative staff. Great inventory of high quality appliances at incredibly low, bargain basement prices. Used, refurbished or slightly scratched or dented appliances come with a 90 day warrenty, and they offer delivery and installation at a very reasonable price. I’m telling everyone I know, if you’re in the market for a washer, dryer, refridgerator, oven or stovetop, don’t go to Lowe’s or Home Depot, go to RD Appliances first. I wish I had known about this place years ago. Do your self a favor and save hundreds, go to RD Appliances. Your wallet will thank you.”
“Right appliance is the right place to go to get refurbished washers dryers refrigerators and possibly more ...that place is huge and packed. They do repairs, they do deliveries, they do nice. Hardworking people who go by that old adage to treat everybody special. They have gone out of their way to help me and everything I have purchased from them still works better than the brand new stuff I had to begin with.”
“I want to give a shoutout to Nate and Stephanie for their assistance with buying a couple of tool chests recently. I picked up the wrong one and when I came back to the store for the correct model, Nate already had the right one pulled and then Stephanie helped me with getting the 2nd one. They both were very kind (despite my frustrations in the return trip) and I'm grateful to both employees for their help and kind attitudes!
I also noticed another employee, I believe his name was Miguel, who was literally RUNNING to help people when he saw they had a need. Excellent customer service!”
“Bought a washer and dryer from here yesterday evening with family and friends accompanying me. The young lady that helped us, Miranda -- (sp?) was extremely helpful and attentive to mine and my party's needs and got us to and through the process in fairly short order. A very friendly and helpful staff was on duty and they got us in and out of the store. It was an excellent experience overall!”
