I was more than excited the two young ladies and the gentleman were extremely helpful! If your from the Princeton area and need as washer and dryer or any appliances, shop with them!”

“Honestly the best experience! My sales guy Terry was super helpful and never tried to oversell me. I found a great washer and dryer set, and the whole buying process was easy and stress-free.

After 15 months, I noticed the dryer wasn’t heating like it should and my warranty had already expired. Even so, they still came out for FREE to check it out. Turns out nothing was actually wrong — the dryer vent/tub in the back just needed to be cleaned out. The technician cleaned it for me and even took the time to align the legs on both machines so they wouldn’t wobble anymore.

The level of customer service, even after the warranty expired, was truly above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend them!”

“We wanted to say how much we appreciated the amazing customer service we received from RJ and Chloe on the purchase of our new Whirlpool dishwasher. We were without a dishwasher and with Thanksgiving fast approaching we were hoping to have our new dishwasher installed before the holiday. The manager was able to put us on as the last stop of the day on Tuesday and the installation guys worked late to wait for our dishwasher to arrive at the house and then install it without any issues.

“Probably the best store for general home improvement. Not always the cleanest, but usually the best prices for non-surplus goods. Great return policy, staff has been very attentive the last few months. Wish they would stock appliances instead of delivering them. I would buy if I didn't have to wait and schedule a time. Update: I really like their return policy. It's much more project oriented than that of their major big box competitor in the DFW area. Staff is overall helpful during the last few months or so. I did talk to one employee in the electrical dept at 2220 n coit rd richardson tx about 10 am today 3/20/2026 who was helpful, but not what I would consider friendly. This is one of the cleaner HD stores I visit. I wish all of the stores had similar layout. Some things are difficult to find and I have to use my phone to locate.”
