“6/24/26: Miguel, at Customer Service desk was awesome. I had several items to return due to lack of wall space. He was friendly, patient, and professional. He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”

“People are nice and I can always find what I am looking for. Lowes didn't have 2x12 pieces of lumber. I thought that was strange. Maybe bc it was my first experience but I thought the lumber was in much better condition. Also, their paint selection is better.”

“I had the complicated order today of getting 12 gift cards at $25 apiece and had to do it one at a time at customer service and they were so nice and understanding and helpful even as the young woman was in training. Thank you Lowe's in Garland.”
