“A great store with excellent customer service. I recently bought a stihl weed eater from the store and realized I meant to purchase the larger version with variable speed. The store manager Ali and the other staff made this process incredibly smooth. Also, every time I have shopped at the store I always get immediate service and it is quite a pleasurable shopping experience compared to the big box stores.”
“Although this place is not open to the public if you do need plywood, trim, or doors there really is no better place to go. They have a CNC machine which opens up a ton of options for them to help you make custom orders!
They have good prices on bulk buys as well as good deals on inventory they are trying to move.
Go check out the showroom. If you were a contractor to see what options you can get for cheap!
The owners are very nice and they are very passionate about making sure that their customers receive great service!
Also ask about their contractors who will do installation on doors.”

“Big D had everything I needed, including A-1 service from the moment I walked in. What surprised me was their prices. They were very reasonable. No. Their prices are low. Lower than the big orange store and the big blue store. I bought 1/2" all thread, a 1/2" ring nut and a 5/8" x 18" long Milwaukee drill bit for about 75% of the orange/blue prices. I would recommend Big D Bolt & Tool as the first step. They also had plenty of related tools, including Klein electrical tools and top brands of cordless & corded drills, cutting tools.”
“I came by my neighborhood Lowe's to return three plants that died on me. I was helped by Kyle at the customer service desk and he tried to help me out but since I misplaced my receipt it was hard to find the items. He then asked for Nathan's help. Nathan really took the time as well to help me out and we were able to find the exact date of my purchase and was able to do the exchange for me. Nathan and Kyle are wonderful employees. They really took the time to help me out, sincerely wanted to help me out even without my receipt. I highly recommend this Lowe's.”

He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”
“People are nice and I can always find what I am looking for. Lowes didn't have 2x12 pieces of lumber. I thought that was strange. Maybe bc it was my first experience but I thought the lumber was in much better condition. Also, their paint selection is better.”
