“One of my absolute favorite places to go! I’ll just say every Rockler store I have been to has been amazing! The people are so friendly and helpful. Garland is our closest store and we visit more often than the others. Vince and Terry are the two guys I see and talk to the most. They are just the best! Love this place!”

“A great store with excellent customer service. I recently bought a stihl weed eater from the store and realized I meant to purchase the larger version with variable speed. The store manager Ali and the other staff made this process incredibly smooth. Also, every time I have shopped at the store I always get immediate service and it is quite a pleasurable shopping experience compared to the big box stores.”

“I was truly shocked at the amazing service at Denton Bolt Co. (sign says DBC). Not only did they have all the bolts and nuts that I was looking for, but I did not have sufficient cash and they let me have the bolts and nuts for $1 and said pay it forward. Folks really need to support this business.”

“While my husband was waiting at another welding gas supplier for its truck to show up resupply gas (he had already been to another one), i looked up other welding supply companies and found Mitchell Welding. I sent him the information, and he drove over there and they had the gas he needed. Took great care of him. He will continue to use them for all of his welding supply needs. Give them a try. Great customer service.”

“Although this place is not open to the public if you do need plywood, trim, or doors there really is no better place to go. They have a CNC machine which opens up a ton of options for them to help you make custom orders! They have good prices on bulk buys as well as good deals on inventory they are trying to move. Go check out the showroom. If you were a contractor to see what options you can get for cheap! The owners are very nice and they are very passionate about making sure that their customers receive great service! Also ask about their contractors who will do installation on doors.”

“We were referred to Kingsley Roofing by our contractor. We received the incorrect window due to miscommunication . However Maria, was extremely helpful she had some one pick up the old window and she reordered the correct window and had it redelivered to us. I am extremely satisfied with the service received and will DEFINITELY be using their services on our other Buy & Hold’s. Thank you all for being so professional!!”

“6/24/26: Miguel, at Customer Service desk was awesome. I had several items to return due to lack of wall space. He was friendly, patient, and professional. He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”

“I discovered Big D Bolt and Tool in 2026 during extensive comparison shopping for a couple of Makita items, one of which most distributors don’t stock. Big D, specifically Gus and Juan, special-ordered everything I needed. They were courteous, capable, and prompt through the entire process from initial phone call to quote to payment to pickup, and I was very happy that a local independent supplier was able to sell at as good a price as I’d seen anywhere.”

“I came by my neighborhood Lowe's to return three plants that died on me. I was helped by Kyle at the customer service desk and he tried to help me out but since I misplaced my receipt it was hard to find the items. He then asked for Nathan's help. Nathan really took the time as well to help me out and we were able to find the exact date of my purchase and was able to do the exchange for me. Nathan and Kyle are wonderful employees. They really took the time to help me out, sincerely wanted to help me out even without my receipt. I highly recommend this Lowe's.”

“People are nice and I can always find what I am looking for. Lowes didn't have 2x12 pieces of lumber. I thought that was strange. Maybe bc it was my first experience but I thought the lumber was in much better condition. Also, their paint selection is better.”
