“I had a really stressful issue with a FedEx delivery today because I missed the driver while I was at work and urgently needed my phone. I went to the facility and spoke with a manager named Craigu. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. Even though the driver was still out with the package, he took the time to listen, wrote down my number, and offered to personally call me after hours if the package came back so I could pick it up tonight.
That level of customer service genuinely made my day. Huge thanks to Craigu for actually caring and going out of his way to help.”
