I came in Mad because of a SIM card issue. And even though I I initially cursed him out😬😬Ulysses really made me calm and let me use the store phone to handle my SIM card issue. I was mad. And turned up on bro. But he remained calm. And looked out for me. All the while taking care of other customers. He’s a beast.

Ulysses AND Anna helped me immensely picking out my new phone! I am disabled and from helping me from my car, into the store...they were out of the case I needed, but, Anna called me when the came in. I am AMAZED by their customer service and their professionalism! Couldn't be more happy!
