“I just want to say that Jessica G was a great. She made sure to help with everything we needed and was the nicest even when a guy was yelling at her when she was trying to ask if he needed help with a issue since he had been waiting a while. As he continued yelling at her and talking down to her she told him your not going to yell at me and stuck up for herself as she should!! After they left she went back to work helping customers with out any anger or anything. Over all with great experience even with the rude customer. Thank you for all your help we will definitely come back for all our needs.”

“My only issue is that I put gas in the truck before I returned it and I reviewed my receipt after returning the truck and they charged me additional money stating I didn’t put gas in the truck.”
“Great experience working with the staff here! Both pickup and drop-off were fast and friendly. Ashley was really helpful in getting me the vehicle and equipment I needed. I especially appreciate that they were quick to come help me with the drop-off process even as I pulled in 10 minutes before closing. You don't see that level of excellence everywhere!”

“UPDATE: I stopped at the FM544 location in Wylie last Friday and although the business was open, the LP gas refill area was marked closed. I called the local number a couple of times and they're not answering and I got forwarded to their customer care group, who indicated the local office is not answering calls. This is not the first time my calls get forwarded to their national customer care. I'm not sure if this is this location's policy to forward calls. I just needed LP gas refill.
I was finally able to refill my LP gas tank yesterday and upgraded my rating. The lady at the office was really friendly. I'm hoping the next time I need to contact the business that they will answer.”
“Reservation online was simple, pick up and Customer service rep was helpful and pleasant, assisting to obtain the equipment was excellent, and drop off process and preemptive guidance from the U-Haul team was really helpful in making the drop off easy and simple. I would definitely recommend this location to others and plan on using them again in the future. Thanks U-Haul.”

“I dropped off my truck rental using the app to return the equipment. Unexpectedly an employee named Kay still came over to assist me. He was so kind asking how my rental went and if I needed anything. I’m almost 8-months pregnant and while I was waiting in the crazy Dallas heat for my Uber- he brought me an ice cold bottled water. I honestly never expect this level of customer service anywhere -especially at uhaul. Thank you Kay!!!”
