“This store has a great selection for youth and adults, so much to choose from. We went during their sales event where items were greatly discounted. The sales associate Ashley was super helpful, she assisted with sizes, different style jeans and also placed an online order for us. “This was a nice place to try on a bunch of styles, shoes look different on you than online so I think it’s worth the trip to confirm you like a style. They gave a lot of brekenstocks which was really helpful for me cause I was going to buy from the brekenstock website but when I went in and tried them on I went with a totally different style”
“Just an FYI this place closes at 8pm not 9 as stated on the Yelp info page. Love Carter's but unfortunately didn't get to go inside because they had the wrong hours posted. Carter's is great for quality cotton clothes for your little ones. When my kids were younger they had skin sensitivities and the only thing their skin wouldn't break out in was cotton. Have been loyal to this brand for a long time. When they extended sizes to Size 14 I was so happy. I even kept sending in emails for parent and me outfits and they finally listened! They also now do a photo contest so send in those amazing photos of your little ones and see if you win or if they will use your photos. Stay on the lookout for their deals. I enjoy their *up to 70% off clearance sales.”

I came to return an online purchase and although I was not able to without a shipping fee the manager was knowledgeable and pointed me to multiple factory locations that could take it for me for free. She was extremely hospitable and will go far in her career. The company is lucky to have such a customer centric employee!”
“This DTLR location had the best customer service I’ve experienced. I went to 3 locations Grand Prairie, Arlington, and west Dallas none of these locations acknowledged me or asked if I needed help with anything and when I asked for help they seemed bothered. However when when I walked into this location there was a petite young black woman that spoke and asked if I was looking for anything specific? And a young black gentleman with glasses that pulled my order and checked me out both were so professional. It was nice to see an urban store with good customer service. Major kuddos they need a raise or someAcknowledgement!”

“I discovered Escros with a buddy a years back. I went and my first impression was damn, this store is clean (literally and figuratively), definitely real people selling real products.
The first thing when you walk in is you’re greeted with a welcome and “how can we help let us know what we can do for you”. Every employee is chill and easy going including the manager/owner I think he is who is my favorite. I see all these bad reviews and honestly these guys don’t do anything to deserve it. You come in with fake shoes or a fake personality you can’t be mad if you’re turned down. But when you’re chill you’ll find people who want to work with you like Escros. I personally have it as my favorite sneaker shop to go to, I purchased two pairs of kicks for me and two for my girlfriend over a span of couple months. Some of the most top quality I’ve seen. I look forward to every trip there. And I’ll definitely not stop going and recommend it to anyone and everyone.
