“Typical academy good stuff. Kind of wish they carried greater variety of crappie poles the extra long ones,but to be fair it's rare to find them. Overall a good store better than most academy.”

I came to return an online purchase and although I was not able to without a shipping fee the manager was knowledgeable and pointed me to multiple factory locations that could take it for me for free. She was extremely hospitable and will go far in her career. The company is lucky to have such a customer centric employee!”
