Joe helped me pick out a Traeger pellet grill and accessories for it, and he ordered a few of the accessories that were out-of-stock that I would need later on. When I got the grill home there was an issue with it, and so I called the store back and spoke with Joe. Joe resolved the issue, and I was able to move on with everything. The guys at the counter, and the guys who helped transfer the grill between the warehouse and my car, were all helpful, friendly, and professional. Today I met Maurice Clark in the door handle section who helped me get me items as we chatted about our love for music. And Edith who helped me check out who taught me how upcs line up with the item number on the receipt as we confirmed our smart lock. It's the little things, when employees take it just the right amount of slow, that makes a place a return destination. This location has it down pact. I can even remember Scott's name from a week ago who helped me in the tools department, and gave me a water bottle from the employee fridge because I was dripping sweat. (Granted he's been helping me for 2 years now and always a pleasure.) Sorry - last name drop. Guiellermo who politely smiled when he saw I bit off more than I could chew but still helped me get the fork in my mouth :) Even the kids who helped me load my truck - scrappy go getters. I'll continue to do my shopping here simply because when I come I walk into a place of people who are just as excited as I am to try and build some cool stuff for my house.”
