“If you ever need your lawnmower fixed, and no one else can fix it, take it to them. They will not give up until they have it fixed no matter what. It was an intermittent problem, the engine was dying on a zero turn ExMark lawnmower after running fine for 15 to 30 minutes. Russ is an excellent Mechanic finally figured out the problem was and Chris kept providing me status. Benjamin also helped me a lot and he has a very positive attitude. I can’t thank these guys enough. I will definitely buy my next lawnmower from them. Cliff”

“I was in a squeeze for some HVAC parts. My regular supplier didn’t carry them and I ordered thru another place and they were back ordered. I called around and was referred to D A Warden. They had the parts, met the owner and now they will be my first call! Highly recommend!”

“This Lowe's is not close to my house but it's on the way to my girlfriend's house in Pfluger Rock. Very often that makes it more convenient for me.You can't expect as much service at these big box stores as you can at a plumbing or electrical specialty shop. I'm not sure it's where I'd shop for remodeling work either, simply because accountability is low. And honestly customer service since the pandemic is terrible everywhere.But for the I'm going to do it myself amateur, most of the time you just need parts to work with. Whether that's heat shrink tubing or a sprinkler head or a new fluorescent ballast, they've got that stuff. And they sell it from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week. And they're almost never that busy so parking is a hassle or there are long lines to check out.If you came here to be treated like royalty you came to the wrong place. Period. Get over it. But if you came for something you need in a hurry to make something else work, you came to the right place.”
“Really nice Lowe’s. With that, giving a 4 star because I came in to buy a 4x4 red cedar post. I needed 2 ft cut off and was told they didn’t have the equipment for it.
How ironic is it that a store that you go to in order to buy equipment for handling large projects doesn’t have the equipment for themselves to make a simple cut? Seems more like a customer service gap. I didn’t think I was asking much with it being just one post.”
