“Curtis M. was professional in the hot humid Texas heat. If you are honest with yourself and Curtis M. About your concerns, he will give you facts about how the PODS system works. If you don’t like something, tell him and give him a chance to make it right. My husband didn’t like one inch of where the pod was sitting and Curtis M. moved it. Just like that. He was careful with all the vehicles and neighbors properties. I was worried that the Pod would stink. It had no smell. It rained. There was no leak. The pod sits on a wood base like railroad tracks but sideways to make a platform. I cannot speck for other delivery drivers, but if I get a different delivery driver, I will report back on my experience. I hope your experience is as good as mine.”
