“Jenn is so helpful and friendly! She made our stay here very pleasant! She is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions with accuracy and patients!!! This facility is the cleanest PS location I've ever seen and every time I come I always see an employee pushing a cleaning cart. Just making sure all our stuff is stored in the best possible environment. I know there's been some reviews online talking about price changes and whatnot. Just read your contracts people. Understand the terms of your promotion and pro-rated specials and you won't be surprised. Hats off to Jenn and everyone else in the PS family who contributed to our fantastic experience!!!”

“Good storage, easy to work with and they have dump and water. It's also pretty reasonable in price for pull through, covered, electric and having dump and water. Easy to get to and not like so crazy outside the city. Also a gas station is close. Not sure if that gas station has diesel though as I haven't used it yet.”

“Curtis M. was professional in the hot humid Texas heat. If you are honest with yourself and Curtis M. About your concerns, he will give you facts about how the PODS system works. If you don’t like something, tell him and give him a chance to make it right. My husband didn’t like one inch of where the pod was sitting and Curtis M. moved it. Just like that. He was careful with all the vehicles and neighbors properties. I was worried that the Pod would stink. It had no smell. It rained. There was no leak. The pod sits on a wood base like railroad tracks but sideways to make a platform. I cannot speck for other delivery drivers, but if I get a different delivery driver, I will report back on my experience. I hope your experience is as good as mine.”
