“Katy was so helpful in the hat department. She had ways to help hats fit that weren’t fitting quite right. They have an awesome hat decorating bar where you can have a party for a $50 deposit that goes toward your hat decorations. Branding, decorations, etc. the clothes are really cute. Lots of unique pieces that could add to any wardrobe. Super fun place and will be back!”
“New favorite store! If you pass through Georgetown, this place is a treasure filled, almost an escape room, extremely well priced, boutique!!!! A must stop. It's called Threads Urban Collective on my receipt and I swear I went through a room, to another room, to another room for a half hour! Art work, 3D puzzles, clothes, treats, just lovely!”
“My daughter wanted some red Converse high tops, but there was only one shoe left in her size and it was the display model. The only problem was there was literally only one shoe. I couldn't find the other shoe anywhere. Thank God there was one employee doing inventory and straightening things up

“This was our first time visiting this Old Navy location, and overall, we had an enjoyable experience browsing through the store. We stopped in mainly to window shop, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The store had a solid selection of clothing, with a wide variety of styles and sizes to explore. From casual basics to seasonal trends, there was a good amount of merchandise available across men’s, women’s, and kids’ sections.
One thing we did notice was that the front area of the store felt a bit empty or underutilized. It gave the impression that there could have been more product displays or promotional features to draw customers in right away. However, once we moved further inside, the racks were well-stocked and organized, making it easy to browse.
The store had a clean and open layout, and the staff members were polite and present without being intrusive. For a casual shopping experience, Old Navy delivers good value and variety, especially for families looking for affordable fashion.
All in all, a cool and fun stop — we’ll definitely consider returning when we’re looking to update our wardrobe!”
“I haven't shopped Loft in a while but I'm so glad I stopped here! The customer service I received alone makes me want to come back! Claire, Megan, and Sarah were excellent, professional, and extremely helpful! I came in for a black top, essentially, something to wear for the weekend, and Claire gave me such a personal experience! She recommended some tops that I may like, based off of style and color, and I even inquired about jumpers which she pointed me to as well. Not only did she recommend clothing, following Covid19 precautions, I was allowed to try on clothes and got opinions from her and Sarah! They're even considerate of your budget! Got a jumper, a classy strap shirt, and a romper-jumper??, for just around $60! Hands down, best experience I've had in a clothing store in a while! Thanks ladies! :)”
“I went into the Boot Barn location in Georgetown a couple weeks ago, not intending to buy anything, just looking around. I usually shop at Cavender's in Cedar Park, but Boot Barn's customer service blew me away! As soon as I walked in the door, a friendly gentleman named Kaleb welcomed me and asked if he could help me with anything. I asked him if he had a recommendation on exotic boots, and he pointed me toward a very nice pair of caimans. I didn't end up buying them that day, but the customer service alone has turned me into a Boot Barn fan! Thank you, Georgetown Boot Barn!”
“Always find what I need, you just have to look around for a while… The clothes you want may be in kitchen area and the decor you want may be in the perfume section but I promise you they have everything you need! lol I’ve gotten all my house decor from Ross for a third of the price they charge at places like Home Goods or Tuesday Morning. Ross is always my go to! And they have better selection than Marshall’s next door”

“This second hand store offered a good variety of clothing in many sizes. Prices are reasonable as much of the clothing appears new. It's difficult to even see indications on many items that they even have any wear at all. This looks like a great place to visit frequently to see what new gems have come into stock.
They have a couple of dressing rooms so no need to guess if something is right for you.”
