“Dropped off my 2010 Titan expecting the worst. It was making terrible sounds when it would even start at all. They called Monday morning saying the had identified the problem and Friday by five they had it fixed for under a thousand dollars. I assumed it would be at least a couple grand. These guys will have all my vehicles for everything as long as they are open. I just wish they worked on motorcycles too.”

“I absolutely positively recommend One Concept Automotive for any painting needs. My Jeep Patriot has a custom purple Tuxedo paint job and I am incredibly thrilled with it! It looks gorgeous with fine detail and immaculate precision. David worked with me and advised on this form of design as I could not afford the full body. I believe it looks even better.
The communication between us was great. He provided pics along the way and kept me updated, as well as offered options on the striping. Working with this company was a dream. I was very nervous at first, as I had never had a car custom painted, but in the first minute of meeting all my anxiety was gone. My son was so taken with the company that he is going to have them paint detail striping on his Jeep Wrangler. David was up front with the cost, and the price did not change. He also added painting very small blemishes in the body - so they wouldn't rust - for free. They even detailed my car before I picked it up.
I simply cannot say how much I appreciate the care and artistry that was taken with my car. If you have the need, call One Concept Automotive first! In my opinion, there is no second.”

I was so pleasantly surprised that diagnostics were completed within a few hours, with a phone call to me to discuss and approve repairs right away. I gave the ok, picked up my car a few hours later, and was on my way. I had the pleasure of chatting with Moe while I was picking up, and he immediately helped me feel like a welcome part of his community and shop. I also overheard him give sound advice to someone who called for advice—which in return did not bring that person to him for business—and the customer was very happy to have a fast answer because he was stranded on the highway.
