Customer service the day of pick up was excellent (I think her name was Christina or Christine) she was knowledgeable, patient and helpful in making sure that we selected the correct miles and equipment for our move. Her friendly yet professional demeanor is the type of customer experience that would 100% make me a repeat customer. Moving is stressful enough especially in this Texas heat? but thank you Christine/Christina for making this a positive experience.”

“The soft-spoken blonde with the opal ring was very professional & patient during my check in. The little short black boy w/ the dreads whose job I guess is to get the truck 'ready' should've loaded & fastened my utility dolly inside the truck but he left me to do everything by myself. He's COMPLETELY useless & unprofessional. The nice brunette with the septum piercing that did my check out is an absolute Godsend. The women at this location demonstrate that rare Above & Beyond care which is what keeps customers for life!”
