Have a 3:30 appointment was just told it would be a 2 hour wait person that helped me was rude won’t be back here again if it is free I’d rather pay for good customer service service and convenience

5 months is too long to be waiting on a car. I understand there were many diagnosis that needed to be done but I was still inconvenienced for the first 2 months. So I'm not at all happy how this service on my car went.
