“First time I used their service. After two different mechanics who messed up, waisted my time and money, I brought my car to Jesse to fix my A/C. It took few days, but they were able to diagnose the issue, found the part that I needed (not an easy to find), and the following week within 2 days they fixed my AC and my headlight.
It is worth the wait, cause they are so busy, because they are so good at what they are doing.
The price was very reasonable for the time labor and part.
Excellent service. There is a reason why this place got 4.8 star.

“I absolutely positively recommend One Concept Automotive for any painting needs. My Jeep Patriot has a custom purple Tuxedo paint job and I am incredibly thrilled with it! It looks gorgeous with fine detail and immaculate precision. David worked with me and advised on this form of design as I could not afford the full body. I believe it looks even better.
The communication between us was great. He provided pics along the way and kept me updated, as well as offered options on the striping. Working with this company was a dream. I was very nervous at first, as I had never had a car custom painted, but in the first minute of meeting all my anxiety was gone. My son was so taken with the company that he is going to have them paint detail striping on his Jeep Wrangler. David was up front with the cost, and the price did not change. He also added painting very small blemishes in the body - so they wouldn't rust - for free. They even detailed my car before I picked it up.
I simply cannot say how much I appreciate the care and artistry that was taken with my car. If you have the need, call One Concept Automotive first! In my opinion, there is no second.”
“My car's battery light had come on. I did a quick meter test at home and established my alternator was not charging my battery. So I drove over to North Carrier Automotive late Friday afternoon and asked if they could help me out. The instant response to my discribing the problem was it sounds like an alternator issue but let me make a quick test to confirm that. A few minutes later I was told it was an alternator and they could fix it immediately if I needed the car right away or they could have it ready before noon on Saturday morning. A very reasonable quote was given for the part and work and not wanting to keep them late on a Friday night I opted for the Saturday morning time. Sure enough before noon on Saturday morning I was notified my car was ready.
The car is now running without a battery light, the price was good, and the service was great. I'm telling my friends about my experience and now I'm telling you, give them a chance, they just could become your place to take your car everytime it breaks.”

I drove in from Farmers Branch on a Saturday morning to get my wheel repaired from some ugly looking curb scratches I caused. I’d roughed up about 1/4 of the edge of my entire rim. I thought I might have to come back on Monday, but Tim took a look and said he’d get it done and to come back at closing. I came back at closing time and Tim stayed late to finish it off. He did an amazing job! Looks brand new and matches perfectly! Tim and the team really take care of you. And take pride in their work. Much appreciated!”
