Clerk #8 has always been very courteous, kind and professional. She's helpful and explains in detail mailing options. She's very knowledgeable about the USPS. Please allow this location to be a flagship location for Post Office's for DFW.”

“I want to sincerely thank the staff at the Grand Prairie USPS office for going above and beyond to help me locate a package sent from overseas. Due to a ZIP code error, the package was delayed and difficult to track. For a while, no one could tell where it was. Thankfully, the team at this location took the time to investigate and were finally able to locate it. The package was at a different USPS location. They called me when they found the package and even helped arrange with the other USPS branch for me to pick it up in person. The two staff members I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful and patient, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Thank you again!”
