Just when we thought last year was tough, this year leveled up and took #1 in my short list of 7 years of service as a teacher. To have such kind, helpful and giving establishment and staff is truly a blessing straight from God himself. LARRY, is an angel and has the patience of one too. He helped us newbies understand the process and kept up with us throughout our whole time there. He truly cares. He has that "big heart, tough love, I want the best for you" dad vibes. Hands down, best experience. I hope this establishment continues to be blessed as they pour and serve others.”

“Shoot one of the best places I’ve ever picked up from. I’m six hours early. 4am for a 10am appointment. They just gave me a door and I’ll be getting loaded shortly. Doesn’t get any better. Plenty of room to move around. Looks like a few spots for overnight parking. Love this place. Super friendly professionals, Don’t believe the hype.”

“Was met by the yard guy as soon as I pulled in and directed to the guard shack. Night guard was super friendly and gave me a door assignment and instructions on where to take paperwork. Plenty of room for an easy back, and was unloaded in about 45 minutes.”
“We use Jasper for hard-to-source transmissions or when we can't get parts to rebuild ourselves. Their customer service has always been excellent. We recently sent back a core and forgot to remove a fitting that we needed - we called the Grand Prairie location and they set the unit aside, removed the part and had it waiting for us when we went to pick it up. “Easy in. Easy out. Not five stars as some empties are stored a block, off site in a dirt lot that is a moon scape. Bottomless puddles at the entrance. Pray it didn't rain the day before or the inside and outside of your truck will be a mess...”
“Great place to bring load. My appointment was 13:00 Hrs. Arrive 12:52. Passed security and went to receiving at dock 6. They assign the dock and out in 30 minutes.
Nice and cooperative staff.”

“The receptionist was nice and helpful to me. Was several hours early and got right away into a dock . Unloaded in about a hour there was other trucks there ahead of me. Checking out was good the receptionist was nice . I read reviews and when I get at a place for the most part I don’t see anything like what was posted about the place. But this doesn’t cover grocery warehouse I try to stay away from them”
