“I just started shopping here a few months ago, and I'm glad I did. The store is well organized and clean, very easy to find what you're looking for and things you weren't looking for but must have. The prices on somethings are a little expensive for outlet prices, but definitely cheaper than regular price. The employees are helpful and polite.”

His behavior was appalling and just down right rude and disrespectful.i couldn’t believe the way I was treated in Allen I tried to get a corporate number so your company can know how he is treating his customers in front of children as well he degraded me in front of my children and thought it was funny please be aware if his behavior . Alexis at Grand Prairie needs to be a prime example of the for front of your store and representing your company . I purchased 3 pairs of Levi’s and she made me feel valued I was feeling down that day due to image issues going through cancer . You just never know what that customer that walks through that door is going through so please thank her for her great customer service!”

“I like this store, but they need to update their phone number, get more locations, have more than one shipment a month, and stop closing during store hours without updating your websites such as Google. People are driving a good distance to get to your store, only to find out it’s closed. That’s their downfall unfortunately. The customers stating they were told they can only do store credit… it literally says that in the store. Pay attention guys, small shops don’t really allow returns with a full refund the way you paid.”

“I had an amazing experience! There was a new girl training on me and she was very sweet, she was so helpful and very kind. She re-measured me and was making sure I was comfortable. I met the assistant manager Selena, she was such a sweetheart! Her and the other girl were picking so many choices for me and I even fell in love with the recommendation Selena picked out and I can never go back to what I was using before. “I was in your store this morning, July 30, 2022 and noticed the air wasn’t working very well at all when I was trying on clothes. I started to sweat profusely. The two ladies working came in the dressing room several times to check on my sisters & I when they both saw that I was in distress. They both were as kind & helpful as possible. They got me a stool & and a bottle of cold water. I love your store & quality of clothes but had to cool down before I could make it out of the dressing room to check out. No one should have to work in those conditions but your staff was my rock today! So hats off to your staff!!!”

I believe customer got confused and thought a customer was an employee. My coworker did approach this couple and asked if they needed help with anything. “Great place for higher end items and when they have a jewelry sale it is hard even for my frugal wife to not want something. The sales people are always very kind and attentive without being overbearing.What a great place to shop. Too bad Saks closed the Off 5th store in Frisco otherwise I would be there ALL of the time :) I have bought over a dozen suits from Saks and love their selection and pricing.”

“Ross at Epic West is a solid spot if you like bargain shopping. The store has a wide assortment of clothing, shoes, home goods, and accessories, often with brand-name items for much lower prices than elsewhere.
What I like:
Frequent new arrivals make each visit interesting — you never know what gems you’ll find.
Staff are generally helpful, and the fitting rooms are clean.
The layout is decent, and the parking at Epic West makes access easy.
Things to consider:
The store can get crowded during weekends or sales events, which makes navigation a bit slower.
Sometimes it takes a little digging to find exactly what you want, since inventory moves fast.”
