“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. “They need a new scanner at checkout 2. Absolutely outdated and simply doesn’t work. Caiden is great to work with and if not for him I wouldn’t be able to complete my order. The lack of upgraded hardware makes everyone’s experience unnecessarily difficult. For an extra $30 piece of equipment they could keep their customers way happier! UPGRADE!!”
