“Jesse’s customer service was great. He was repairing a machine and still greeted me and listened to what I needed. He was very cooperative to my suggestions and very competent, and was fast and friendly.The store has good hours and products. It’s worth trying to find a parking space. “The women that run this location as so friendly and patient. They’re willing to talk a customer through step by step even if the store has a line. They don’t get flustered when there’s a line and don’t make you feel rushed when it’s your turn at the counter.I’ve seen Sandra practically hold an older woman’s hand through an Amazon return process. I can only imagine that made her life so much easier. I really appreciate their customer service.”

“Everytime I come here the manager is always smiling and so friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The line gets long, but they keep it moving when the customers know what they are doing. Even when the line is long, the customer service is still on point and welcoming. I love this location.”
“Please do not be deceived by the 1 star reviews. There is nothing wrong with this store. What's wrong is the entitled mentality of people who wish to be treated like royalty. Of course there is a long line because people have started shopping online, and because of that, there's always something they wish to return. This store does have a huge hiring sign posted outside, and it's not their fault that sometimes they are understaffed. I have been going here for three or so years. I run a small business and have items that need to be shipped daily. I have seen the owners work themselves. They are very humble and nice. I have never felt mistreated. Again it is not their fault if UPS has weird pricing policies.”
