“Although they don’t carry the exact box size I need for shipping my instruments, I rely on them for my biodegradable packing nuts at a reasonable price, and newsprint wrapping paper. Good for bundles of boxes or individual boxes in a lot of sizes, as well as packing tape, bubble wrap, and padded envelopes etc.”

“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. The lack of upgraded hardware makes everyone’s experience unnecessarily difficult. For an extra $30 piece of equipment they could keep their customers way happier! UPGRADE!!”

“I am very happy that Media Madnez was recommended to us by our builder. We needed a knowledgeable audio/video company that could pre-wire, install and support a variety of home automation systems including lights, security, locks, shades, pool, multi-zone sound and of course video. We specifically worked with Rodney. When we discussed what we were looking for, he listened very carefully, asked clarifying questions and provided us with optios within our budget. In addition to the prewiring, he and his crew completed the installation of speakers, cameras, televisions, remote locks and garage/gate door in a timely and professional manner and within budget. Rodney provided multiple tutorials on how to work the individual apps that control the various home automations features we have in or home. The best part of their service is that Rodney has been quick to return whenever needed to tweak, repair or replace issues that are not 100 percent to our liking. The level of customer service was much more than expected and greatly appreciated. We recommend Media Madnez w/out reservation.”

“I was going to write a bad review but changed my mind because I got a more efficient lady than the manager. I went to the post office to ask for a mailbox key two months ago. I was told it would take four weeks which is fine with me but after six weeks I have not received anything. I went to the post office. The gentleman manning the counter told me the postman would bring my mail that was on hold the next day and I still have not received anything. I called the 1800 number and was helped by a nice lady. I got an email from the manager which I reply to no avail. I sent four more emails to no avail. Today I called 1800 and then 936. I got a lady who took care of everything quickly. I received my mailbox keys within two hours. I wish I had asked her name because she took care of business unlike the manager. Thank you very much ma'am. The five stars belong to you.”
