“Antonio at Module's was the most fantastic server. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants at hotels and this by far exceeded all my other experiences. His kindness and intentionality and service were exceptional so excited to come back again! The food was also fantastic.”

“Staycation! Kids have been talking about this place for a while. I saw Groupon and jumped for it since it was a bit cheaper. Now that I'm seeing others got rooms for $112, I feel hopped. Anyway, you can start using the water park at 1p on the day you check in even if the rooms not ready. So come with bathing suit on. My Groupon order had failed, but Aaron who was helping us was very kind and we were able to get a room. Adjusted the price for us and it was $30 more than Groupon Meh what're you gonna do? Kids were so excited and I was so grateful we got a room! Room was ready and we were able to check in rt away! Check out is 11a, but you can stay in the water park as long as you want. -go to the gift store for wolf ears. It really does feel like a little Disney :) wristband is your door key and you can purchase things with it, so be careful! - food is so expensive here. I added 2 menus just so you can check the cost. My suggestion would be to drive less than 10mins in to town and grab food. Grapevine has so many different restaurants, pizza places and fast food places. Even a target nearby to grab pop tarts and what not for hungry kids :) -staff are really friendly and caring. -bring reusable water bottles to fill up water. -most like one and done place for us, but we did thoroughly enjoy it. My kids are 11,9,5 for reference!!”

“Recently stayed here on business. Absolutely excellent! Victoria at the front desk settled my nerves over the phone from DFW airport, and arranged for the shuttle to transport me in from my terminal. Check in was super quick and easy, room was modern, clean, ...quiet!! Shout out to Nic at the bar downstairs, let me ready my book and was extremely friendly.”

“This hotel is attached to the Courtyard. Loved the layout and quiet location. Sits nestled down a street with another and apartment complex only. Ample amount of parking. Inviting lobby.”

“I recently held a work meeting at the Holiday Inn Express Grapevine and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. The conference room was spacious and well equipped, with everything set up so I could easily plug in my laptop and get started. Coffee service was provided, and the team made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. A special shoutout to their transportation associate, Cindy — she was exceptionally friendly and made my team feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for business meetings and stays!”

“This was one of the best stays I’ve had! Property well kept and clean. Very comfortable at a great price and in a great location. But here’s the thing, it’s the people (staff) that make this place amazing! From shuttle driver, to check in to help with local places to go near by, the staff took the time to help and go above and beyond expectations . They want you to be happy. Staff clearly loves what they do here and take pride in every aspect so you will be satisfied with your stay. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was supplied, when I had an issue with a hairdryer, front desk brought a new one up to my room so quickly and with a smile. This is a great team! I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Comfort suites staff! You’re the BEST!!!”

“We just got home from our 1st trip to Great Wolf Lodge and let me tell ya we had a GREAT time!!!! So many fun things to do for the kids and adults, there were 7 of us and we all enjoyed it. I would say the pup passes are definitely worth it, especially if you have more than one kiddo. We went during the week (in off season) crowds were mostly low and not much of a wait for anything. The staff is amazing I have so many favorites! Maranda and Mrs Jenn at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and I loved how they dressed up for howl-o-ween, many of them dressed up and it made it more fun for us. Our server Rachel from the breakfast buffet told us so many neat stories and provided awesome service. The water park is awesome and the lifeguards are very observant and enforce water safety! We opted to bring our own towels and just rented a locker for the day. Damion was at the front of the water park entrance and was very polite and welcoming. We tried several of the attractions bowling, magiquest, laser tag, build a bear, mining, and the arcade. Each of us enjoyed something about everything that we did. We did download the app and keep in contact with “Willow” which helped us a lot. We brought our own drinks and snacks to keep in the room and chose to eat most meals off site. Check out was easy, no overages or unauthorized charges. Overall was happy with our experience, the atmosphere, and the joy on my families faces!”
