Good customer service! I stopped by to make returns of J.Crew and J.Crew Factory items purchased online and had no problems despite what the website says. (Yes, you can return both J. Crew and J. Crew Factory to this Factory Outlet location.) I didn't spend any time shopping in the store but the customer service was on-point.
