“Replaced broken screen. The screen looked better than the phone. Bought a new screen protector and it had a bubble on the edge. They tried fixing it and couldn't. They ultimately took it off and opened up a brand new product. Very impressed with there work!”

My iPhone XS Max screen had been cracked for about a month and I was trying to hold off on the expense of repair (single father) with bills!
Dropped it today directly on the face and even with otter box it completely went unreadable and unusable. Took it here for a repair job and had it done in about an hour. They took the time to actually address a problem I was having with my facial recognition camera and fixed it 100% the phone screen is great and works like new again.
Any repair shop that goes above and beyond for the customer is going to be successful. Folks this place is the real deal and my screen has a life time warranty (longevity) not abuse. Don’t waste your time with these other guys out there. The price was right the work phenomenal and couldn’t be more happy.”
“One day last week our 85" Samsung TV just turned off and stopped working. I called A-AAA asking what to do because I didn't know how I would even transport this behemoth to a repair shop, Mark said not to worry and that he would be by our house the next day. He showed up on time, expertly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and a timeframe when it would be done. The quote was exactly what I paid, the timeframe was exactly as we discussed, and he even helped me hang it back up and level it. The TV works just like it did and all it all it cost 1/9 of what it would have cost to replace it.Mark is super nice and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for anything TV or audio in the future. “I’ve always gone to apple for repairs but I cracked my camera lens and they quoted me $350 to fix it!! I called two other repair shope and they quoted $89 and $50 so I ended up going to Fixi because they quoted $25. The man who helped me was so nice. He fixed my lens in no time and it’s back in perfect condition! I would highly recommend!”

“The LED lights went out on our big screen tv (70" flat screen). We could hear it but there was no picture. As you know... Football season is approaching and we couldn't afford to just run out and get another TV this size. But Simpson's was able to diagnose/repair it for way less and we paid $50 down and the rest at pick up. It took them a week because they had to order the specific lights for our TV. But now... It's good as new. Highly recommend!”

“I had to replace the entire key fob for my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. The old one wouldn't unlock the doors and the auto start didn't work. The 1st location we went to said they had to place an order for someone to come program the fob. I went back and their machine for cutting keys was down. I went to another location and not only did he duplicate my car key, but programmed the fob right then and there. And the price? $129.00. The dealership would have been three times that amount. Highly recommend Batteries+”

“If you want to have a extremely talented repair man fix your phone right before your eyes a person who is willing to take the time and truly look at your situation and inform you of exactly what part of your phone broke even show you how he knows that is what happend go here. I had called and got quoted 119.00 from the repair shop near this one with out them ever even seeing my phone... That's what it started at this shop was able to figure out exactly what happened to my phone was willing to use parts from my old phone to repair it and then let me decide if I just wanted a working phone or if I wanted to risk both broken phones boards are replace the screen chip that had fried on my board at first I oppted for just the working phone basically my old phones board. So he did that and I had a working phone for only 60.00 but after I went home and coukd not get into my accounts as I had no idea the passwords and I was depressed about all of my pictures I went back up the next day and asked if he would go ahead and replace the broken part on my board of the original phone I had been using I know there was a small chance we coukd end up with out either working but he explained all the risk to me and he had a company I could send it off for data recovery if it came to that. I was a walk in both days but he made time for me. I went out side and hung out while he worked on the boards under his microscope and a short time later he had my phone in hand working just like nothing had ever happened and I was sure it was going to cost me more then I could afford but it didn't he only charged me 40 for work that I know other shops would not have brothers with and if they had would have charged me so much. Leaving a phone or computer with a repair shop that your not part of the process seems so risky to me so I'm so happy I found this place as they are truly working to help you to do what is the best thing for you as your already in a bad position with a broken device it's stressful and over whelming so finding someone who can do miracles like this place is such a blessing.”
