“I had a great experience with Oasis Savvy – Keller Phone. I brought my phone in because the screen was black and not working. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a short time.
After I got home, the same problem appeared again. I returned to the shop, and they handled it immediately at no charge, just as quickly and professionally as the first time. They even encouraged me to come back if I had any further issues.

“One day last week our 85" Samsung TV just turned off and stopped working. I called A-AAA asking what to do because I didn't know how I would even transport this behemoth to a repair shop, Mark said not to worry and that he would be by our house the next day. He showed up on time, expertly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and a timeframe when it would be done. The quote was exactly what I paid, the timeframe was exactly as we discussed, and he even helped me hang it back up and level it. “The LED lights went out on our big screen tv (70" flat screen). We could hear it but there was no picture. As you know... Football season is approaching and we couldn't afford to just run out and get another TV this size. But Simpson's was able to diagnose/repair it for way less and we paid $50 down and the rest at pick up. It took them a week because they had to order the specific lights for our TV. But now... It's good as new. Highly recommend!”

“I had to replace the entire key fob for my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. The old one wouldn't unlock the doors and the auto start didn't work. The 1st location we went to said they had to place an order for someone to come program the fob. I went back and their machine for cutting keys was down. I went to another location and not only did he duplicate my car key, but programmed the fob right then and there. And the price? $129.00. The dealership would have been three times that amount. Highly recommend Batteries+”
