I was totally frustrated with the whole process until I met ** Megan at the Healthline - Arlington store in Pantego, Texas **. She looked at the array of equipment I had been shipped and within 15 minutes told me the equipment I needed for my diagnosis and fit. She showed me how to use the equipment properly instead of my YouTube self education because the Owner's manual is lacking. She fit me with the proper mask to avoid leakage. She taught me how to properly ask for equipment in the future to keep my machine and fit working properly. Thank you Megan!!”

“Since the beginning of this year, I have had both knees totally replaced. My CPM machine and walker were provided by Med-Equip from Burlington, NC. Alex delivered and picked up the equipment both times. He was compassionate, patient, and personable. I greatly appreciated his explanation of the machine, plus I just enjoyed talking with him. If I ever need equipment again from Med-Equip, I will request Alex as my contact person.”

I & my Elderly mother have purchased over 30 medical items at ACG Medical Supply in Bedford since 2016.I was hit and almost killed by a car. During recovery, I purchased the Excellent 7 foot tall medical shower pole, medical shower seat, neck pillow, crutches, and other items at ACG Bedford. Those medical items helped me tremendously!My Elderly mother had knee replacement and purchased a top quality Rollator Walker, Shower seat, and other medical items from ACG Bedford. “I needed to come to pick up my apap machine and get fitted for my mask. First of all, I came in early, but the staff had no problem allowing me to come in and letting me know they still needed to clean the room. I didn't mind this at all because it was nice to know they wanted the room clean for me before I was assisted. I was helped by a gentleman named Zander Bravo. I can't express this enough but this gentleman made this experience very easy and did an incredible job helping me! He was very nice, understanding, sensitive, and gave priceless advice and service! “I went to get a pet's meds filled and they were happy to do it. I faxed them the rx myself and was able to pick it up shortly after. My only concern is that when I went at 5pm, there was one person working the counter. I was third in line, but the people in front of me took FOREVER talking talking talking, trying to do things at the last minute, as people do. It was frustrating that I was there to grab one small med and had to wait an eternity. So, having another person to step in/help at that time instead of other employees clocking out and leaving (there was at two or three that I spotted saying goodbye and leaving) would have been helpful for both sides.”
“Becca & DJ were extremely helpful & knowledgeable about each scooter & helped me choose which one would be right for me and my daily activities. Unfortunately the prescription the doctor gave was not useful as I needed a scooter to go both inside & outside. Not just around the house (Gotta love insurance) However, I am very pleased with the prices & how friendly the staff was! I highly recommend coming here and ignoring the bad reviews. To be honest I was kind of skeptical about coming here because of the negative reviews but I trusted my gut & very glad I did!!”
