“This store has everything from deer corn, spray paint, pvc fittings, and screw drivers all the way down to lunchables, milk, chocolate bars and lotto tickets. Pete, the owner is a great guy. He has tried to make sure the local community doesn't have to travel 30 minutes to "town" for small misc items that might be needed on short notice, and he has succeeded.”

“I can easily go in here for a couple things and walk out spending hundreds because they have a really good selection. I went in for some laundry baskets and ended up decking out my house with spring decor. It’s clean at all times for me and I’m in here pretty frequently. The staff is always friendly and informative, that’s my favorite part.”

“Best BBQ sandwiches in all of south east Texas. It’s a small town grocery store. You will def get the perks of a small town grocery store. Prices are a little high compared to your big chain grocery stores however, you get that family feel as soon as you walk in the door. First name basis. That’s one of the things I love about small towns, and places like this. Love this place and the staff!!”

“I went here for breakfast burritos and a coke. The young man working was completely by himself. Not only did he get me my food hot and fresh, he got my coke and went outside to get more cups for it. And he did it all with a smile on his face.”
“Great store, Great Staff and Amazing Management. I live close by so I frequent this store weekly. Have for years. Any time of day you always see this store packed with locals and other people. There is a reason why! They’re super friendly and have great competitive pricing on all of their stuff. Every time I go inside, regardless of who is working, they always treat me and make me feel like I’m family. Other negative reviews about random issues are just Karen’s who don’t get catered to. The guy who runs the store, Chico is a great man overall. I’ve known him for years by coming to the store constantly. Super nice guy! If you’re in south east Texas and looking to shop local and put money back into the community versus going to a mega corporation, this is the spot! Chico will always and forever get my money and my business! Every time I come into the store, regardless of who is working they always ask about my family and how my kids are doing. Every visit they ask if I’m doing ok, and how is life treating me. You won’t find the genuine and heart felt people like this anywhere else. This business is a role model of what other stores should do and how they should treat their customers! A++++++++++++ company and the heart of south east Texas!”
