“We have purchased new and also refurbished phones from The Mobility Marketplace for several years. The phones have all been in great condition and were easy to set up. The Mobility Marketplace sold us late model phones at prices much less than Sprint, Verizon, etc. could. We now budget less monthly overall for cell phones thanks to their assistance and advice.”

He knows what to do- he just does! So many other stores in the Keller area and surrounding towns always tell me to - take it to Southlake Apple - always. Thumbs down! Yet, it is not an Apple problem!!! Anytime we have had an email problem, this is the store to contact and to rely. I was in there today - email problems. Restored! She was very patient, very knowledgeable, very friendly and got everything done for us and we ended up getting our new phones. I would highly recommend making your appointment with her if it’s possible.”
“Decided to check out what at&t had to offer and if we should switch from metro. Aroob helped us and man she is amazing! She knows her stuff and is so great with customers. She was the only one in the store and even though people kept coming in she was able to multi task and help all of us out and give us all the attention we deserved. I was surprised to hear she was not the manager. She should be. But overall the best experience and yes we switched service with 4 lines. Definitely recommend.
