“Cracked the rear glass on my phone (samsung galaxy s25 ultra) and then days later the charging port went out. Called RG wireless and they had parts in stock for charging port. I had already ordered rear glass replacement myself and had planned to install myself. However, price was reasonable to have RG wireless replace the glass and port. They replaced both in record time. Very happy with price and service!”
“Great staff! I went there recently and was greeted by Will. I explained to him that I installed an app the night before and the next morning I decided to remove it. but I couldn't remove it. Will explained to me that this app was trying to take over my phone. Fortunately, he knew what to do. He removed the app and corrected any damage it might have caused. And he did it in no time at all. Thank you, Will! I really appreciated your help 😊”

“This ATT Store is the best! Every time when our cellphones are not performing well, I take our phones here. I didn’t buy my phones here, yet, Paul, the manager, is fantastic finding the problem. He knows what to do- he just does! So many other stores in the Keller area and surrounding towns always tell me to - take it to Southlake Apple - always. Thumbs down! Yet, it is not an Apple problem!!! Anytime we have had an email problem, this is the store to contact and to rely. I was in there today - email problems. Restored! Thank you so very much, Paul, for always restoring our emails and finding the problem. So wish I could give ten stars. They will always have my business.”

“We went into the store to get new phones and switch service to AT&T. I did not have an appointment, but two people offered to help and we ended up working with Jessica and she was amazing. She was very patient, very knowledgeable, very friendly and got everything done for us and we ended up getting our new phones. I would highly recommend making your appointment with her if it’s possible.”

“Wanted to give some praise to Greg. I am a long time ATT customer bu recently ported over to Verizon. No issues, simple took advantage of a great bundle deal that made sense for my 4 lines +Internet. Greg took his time to help with a recent upgrade that I needed to return within the 14days. It was a bit of a process due to my account being ported over and Greg not having access in the Att side. All in all the loyalty department is work on the return label and processing. In today’s world it seems like fewer people take pride in what they do. Greg isn’t one of those people. I’m pleasure meeting you and thanks for your help!”

“Reyna was a big help and got us the most discounts she could to lower our monthly bill. She also got us $30 WiFi per month which is way cheaper than I'm paying now with a different company. She was the absolute best and was patient the entire time. She was also able to set up my corporate discount from my employer to save me even more money. We were there a little over three hours at the store getting everything set up. We also got the maximum trade in value for my husband's trade in. I was a little nervous at first because this store has bad ratings, but we were very satisfied and was shocked at how many discounts/promotions she qualified us for. Thank you Reyna!!
