“I am in 5-6 days a week shipping packages for my job and have never once had a missing package or issues with tracking, but more importantly to me, every day there is a smiling face behind the counter. It has become a favorite part of my day stopping in to drop my documents and chat for a minute with the friendliest staff imaginable. My 6 yr old also begs to come with me “to the smelly good place” because he loves saying hi and telling them about his day and checking out any new candles and little unique gifts and cards they sell there. I very much enjoy the small town shop feel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of my day.”

“I loved visiting this place! It was fascinating to learn exactly how money is made.
A few things to know before you go:
- Cost: The tour and parking are both free.
- Security: You will go through a security check, and you are required to leave your cellphone (and other electronics) in a locker before entering.
- Timing: I’d estimate about 2 hours for the full experience. To get the most out of it, I definitely recommend going in the order of watching the movie, taking the process tour, and checking out the exhibitions.
Make sure you arrive at least 2 hours before closing so you aren't rushed through the exhibits!”

We then placed another order, upgrading to a thicker card with the highest quality of texture. The tactile sensation of the card was very welcoming. A couple of years passed, and we needed to reorder the same card's print and artwork. The person on the line was very professional. She found our older orders, and we are ordering a bunch more stuff. “Let me tell a story of the best customer service I've ever received: My boss went to a conference in Fort Worth. When he got there, he realized the little pole that holds up our company banner was missing from his bag. With the conference only 14hrs away, it was too late to ship something, so I started cold calling banner and sign places in the DFW area. After leaving a message with half a dozen places, Brandy called me back from Image 360 and Cockrell. She said they might have something and would immediately get back. They did have something and she did call back. Then she proceeded to tell me her cell number, car make and model, and that she'd hand deliver the pole to the hotel my boss was staying at as soon as she got off work in 30 minutes! Sure enough, she showed up and didn't even charge for the delivery. I've never had such a spectacular above and beyond service experience. Horst Schulze would be proud.”

“I had a great experience at this location yesterday! I placed a comb-binding print order online and it was very easy and user-friendly.
I chose the soonest time available for pick-up which was the next day before 12pm, but I called the store to see if it could possibly be done in the same day within a few hours so the manager double checked with the printing department and they were able to make it happen!
Not only were they able to accommodate my same-day request, but the print job itself came out so beautifully done, the quality was absolutely professional and clean.
Thank you so much for your help! It was a very important comb-binding package I needed to get printed for work the next morning. I'm very grateful they were able to do so. I will definitely return!”

“I've been using this service for years and overall, they've done OK. I know from experience that there are limits to printing technology and to the delivery service from the post office that they probably get blamed for - so I would take some criticism with a grain of salt.
That said, they work hard. Had a small glitch today and I emailed and then decided to phone. One of their agents (Stormi) picked up and helped me immediately - no long phone tree, no waiting, just great service. Then by the time I hung up I had an answer via email. I wish I could get service like this from others, but it seems it's really rare.”
