I needed to ship out a Yeti 1 Gallon Water Jug, and he took the time to properly measure it and find the appropriate box to ensure it was packaged correctly. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused.

Cool alternative, especially since local post office closes at 4.
Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service.
Anyway, it is what it is.
