“Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”

“Everytime I go to this store it is so quick and easy. From sending back returns or just sending something! The store is always clean and the staff is so friendly. Cool alternative, especially since local post office closes at 4.
Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service.
Anyway, it is what it is.
