“Decided to take my iPad mini 6 to this store to fix my screen. The guy who works there did an excellent job with my iPad making it like new with no problems. He provided me really good customer service that he was really nice guy which he also gave me $50 dollars off. I don’t regret coming there and I think I will come back to this store again if my phone or computer gets broken for it to get fixed again. I highly recommend to come to this store if you need a place to get your phone, tablet or computer fixed.”
“My 8 month old tv had a sensor issue. After troubleshooting with Samsung for over an hour they reluctantly agreed to send a technician since I was still within warranty. It was late Friday so I wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday. Nope! PJ called me the next morning, I realized that he's about 2.5 hours away but he said he'd be in town the following Friday. I explained what was happen and he diagnosed over the phone and ordered the part he needed. Sure enough PJ showed up on time and fixed the issue promptly. Took him about 30 mins from start to finish. I'm definitely a satisfied customer! Thank you PJ!”

“I’m so impressed! I had to leave a review! Visiting San Antonio and needed a new battery for husbands truck! Went to this store and it was very busy! Only one gentleman working. I was thinking wow I’ll be here for a couple hours but this young man by the name of Darian was so helpful and efficient! He was very knowledgeable! The customer before me had to get a key fob made! I had no idea they can do that! That young man went and took care of that and then helped everyone else and I was done in no time! He was so calm and efficiently did his job so well while being so friendly and knowledgeable!!! I had to take the time to write this review because this was one of my best customer service experiences ever!!!”
“I came in around 5:30 Wednesday 3/4/24 and didn't catch the name of the guy working but he was super helpful and seemed to care more about actually helping the customer over obvious overcharging. I got the battery and screen on my iPhone 13 mini replaced, the price of getting my battery replaced at this business was $80 less than quoted at you break I fix who claimed they would need more than 3 hours to fix my phone, while this employee was able to flawlessly replace both my battery and my screen in what felt like less than an hour. I'm extremely grateful and will be returning if I ever need any more repairs with any of my electronics, it might seem silly, but honestly this customer service was top notch. thank you!!”
