“Good service I just don't like the return policy on tools. Now I'm stuck with a tool I'll never use. I do understand that's a company policy other than that I'd give five stars because the the guy who helped me or the guys who helped knew their stuff.”

“I went in 3 weeks ago to buy a battery (great price w/online discounts) I was helped by John he was very efficient to the point with dash of humor! ? I had to come back today for a replacement, again help by John, I was already stressed because of my battery, and again he was straight to the point and again his dash of humor lighted my day! BATTERY PLUS NO HASSLES A+! Had me out with a new battery! THANK YOU SO MUCH‼️ *** NEW VISIT TODAY & THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I took a battery in that I bought from Batteries Plus, initially the store rep Rita after testing said it appeared to be a dead battery possibly not savable, however she offered to put it on the charger overnight and as she promised she would call with an update as soon as she was in the store, without fail she did! and delivered the good news that my battery did charge and was indeed useable!!! RITA went above and beyond to help me AND saved me money from having to buy a new battery!!!!! this is my second time having to return to this store and both times have been the best experience!!!! I will be returning with other business they can help with like repairing my fob to another vehicle I have!!! RITA you are the BEST!!!!!!”

“We were assisted by Josh. He came out to the car and in the scorching sun...took his time to explain the products available to help us as well as solutions to prevent further damage to our vehicle. We look forward to returning to this store location for any further purchases, products or questions Oreilly's and associates like Josh can provide. Thank you Josh for sharing your knowledge with us.”

“I had went to a O'Reilly's on Zazamora and their scan tool was out of order?? I found this place. Great atmosphere, all the shelves are in order and well stocked. Met a true professional, Mr. Angel has a great attitude. It's always nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and somebody that is available and says can l help you. As soon l walked into the store. He came out & scanned my car that l affectionately call Stephanie; she is a 2009 MlNl JCW she has shaved valves, JCW braces front and rear, cross drilled rotors and Brembo brakes. Oh,and a cat back exhaust stainless steel.long story short the dealer doesn't always do what they say. I have learned how to fix my beast. l have found a.new clean shiny store with employees that know how to give service. This is my New go to store. Mr. Angel assisted me with ordering my part as the other wasn't capable of providing me with the correct part or even scan the car. I go to places that work... no second chances. The correct part l ordered over the phone with Mr Angel will be here tomorrow at 9am. This is perfect. This my new go to parts place. Thank you for your service Mr. Angel. Best Regards ? I have included a picture of my Stephanie of which only 450 were built world wide. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing. 209 hp all factory... definitely not a MINI S.... Thank you for your attention.”

“Went in for a headlight bulb for the old Camry gal, and I just saw the two ladies working upfront. The other cashier/employee heard us and said no you should get two. I loved this! I said no because I’m replacing both headlights (12yrs old) in two weeks, but I loved that they cared enough to speak up thinking maybe this person doesn’t understand that other bulb is likely to die soon too. Sometimes it’s just little things that are nice. This will be my new store 😎”

“O’Reilly Auto Parts came through for me in a big way. I stopped in thinking my battery might be dead, and the team didn’t waste any time — they tested it right there, explained the results clearly, and confirmed it needed to be replaced. What really stood out was how helpful and hands‑on they were. They grabbed the correct battery, installed it for me, and made sure everything was running perfectly before I left. I also appreciated being able to use the coupon they emailed me, which knocked the price down and made the whole experience even better. Fast service, honest guidance, and real customer care. I’d absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing reliable auto help.”
