When you deal with hundreds of different personalities in any kne given day, it’s a wonder to me that the employees always remain calm under pressure. The fact that you can take care of your business with kne person is both a blessing and a curse. Patience is the key when you’re waiting for your turn! Oftentimes the lack of proper planning on the Customer side who wants to served NOW! Not realizing that there are many people there who are being served properly and professionally so no mistakes are made. I’m sticking with RBFCU. I “let go” AIR FORCE FCU and First Mark FCU because I could not carry my Concealed Weapon into their facilities!
