“Rated 4-star because my husband or I wanted to call the customer service they're only open till 6:00 customer service.Not like other banks that have 24 hours customer service or till 9pm.Also the bank doesn't open til 9am instead of 730 or 8am.”

When you deal with hundreds of different personalities in any kne given day, it’s a wonder to me that the employees always remain calm under pressure. The fact that you can take care of your business with kne person is both a blessing and a curse. Patience is the key when you’re waiting for your turn! Oftentimes the lack of proper planning on the Customer side who wants to served NOW! Not realizing that there are many people there who are being served properly and professionally so no mistakes are made. I’m sticking with RBFCU. I “let go” AIR FORCE FCU and First Mark FCU because I could not carry my Concealed Weapon into their facilities! Funny, they wanted me to trust them with ALL my money but didn’t trust me, a Law Abiding Citizen and Member to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights! Have a nice day!”
