“Opening an account at Navy Federal Credit Union was very easy. They gave me five dollars for free to open it. They also taught me how to make deposits from my cell phone and how to set up my account. I used to have an account at Wells Fargo, and the truth is, this is much better. “I’ve been a customer with RBFCU since 1988! Always superb Customer Service! When you deal with hundreds of different personalities in any kne given day, it’s a wonder to me that the employees always remain calm under pressure. The fact that you can take care of your business with kne person is both a blessing and a curse. Patience is the key when you’re waiting for your turn! Oftentimes the lack of proper planning on the Customer side who wants to served NOW! Not realizing that there are many people there who are being served properly and professionally so no mistakes are made. I’m sticking with RBFCU. I “let go” AIR FORCE FCU and First Mark FCU because I could not carry my Concealed Weapon into their facilities! Funny, they wanted me to trust them with ALL my money but didn’t trust me, a Law Abiding Citizen and Member to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights! Have a nice day!”
