I regret opening this useless account! Now my mom is closing her account because her ss check is late. They took out double on her electric bill this month & she has constant issues! Now this location is closed down & she has to go to the ingram location that has the worst customer service!

It’s really a blessing to be able to deal with someone like that since it’s a rarity these days.

No money in either ATM on a Monday. Then they withdrew my money from the wrong account and I had to transfer back to the right account. My wife used to work at the corporate office for 15 years and we have watched a sad decline. I will be closing my account.
