RBFCU - Leon Valley is a good bank where the staff and management give great service to each and every member. They are known for executing kindness and work with members to help with all their banking needs, including loans and paperwork. The branch offers free notary service. While some note that customer service hours are limited compared to other banks, closing at 6:00 PM and opening at 9:00 AM, the staff does their best to assist members as quickly and efficiently as possible. There have been past complaints about fees and communication, but the overall experience is described as a pleasure, with helpful and kind service.

They replaced drive thru human help with automated ATMs. If I had known they were going to do that, I wouldn't have opened an account with them. I don't trust atm deposits due to previous issues. Definitely won't be recommending this bank anymore.

Rated 4-star because my husband or I wanted to call the customer service they're only open till 6:00 customer service.Not like other banks that have 24 hours customer service or till 9pm.Also the bank doesn't open til 9am instead of 730 or 8am.
