“The employees and manager or owner spent over 2 hours helping me ensure that TXHHSC received all 11 pages of VIP documents being faxed for my disabled son's pending medicaid case. He was on a waiver list waiting 18 yrs for his name to reach the top and since, it has been a very difficult 2 yr struggle ensuring requested documents reached state Medicaid offices so I also used The UPS Store on multiple occasions to fax as well as mail his paperwork. I am grateful for their patience and assistance.”

“I guess it's the owner but he is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had only been there for his notary service before I saw somebody's review or picture with UPS logo. Since nearby UPS stores are almost always crowded with people waiting and the managers/owners aren't friendly even if they're at the storefront, I'd much rather go to Safe Ship for quick and pleasant dealings. They also do all kinds of printing as well as shipping with USPS, FedEx and even DHL.”

“First off, this review is for this store location, not the company overall. (The company overall would be 2-3 stars at best). I've had a number of experiences with this store, due to various things that bring up the need for shipping or office services. This includes quick photos for when I was applying for my CPA license, done easily and fast, printing out of various e-mails and items I needed to get into test centers, done easily and fast, a crazy shipment for my day job where we literally carted in over 100 laptops in the early stages of COVID-19....handled easily and fast, going in just tonight b/c I'm trying to get details on moving boxes I ordered shipped via FedEx and the website decides I don't exist anymore...once again, handled easily and fast. I've gotten nothing but great customer service here, time and time again. While I won't be able to use this store much in the near future (I'm moving way too far away for that to be possible)...I'd still recommend them for anybody in the area. Time and again customer service has been fast, friendly, and efficient.”

“I really want to come here and say the the staff are always so friendly and helpful even on the busiest days. Today was a rough day for me and Velma helped me with my returns. She talked with me about my day, even after being yelled at by very disrespectful customer who shouted at her and was honeslty being racist towards her. Both her and the tall guy that was helping him did not deserve that. The girl with the silver hair kept her composure and assisted with the line getting almost everyone out with their returns as well.
PLEASE BE NICE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS! THIS STAFF HAS SOME OF THE BEST TEAMWORK I HAVE EVER SEEN!”
