Has gotten a little pricey, but that's the name of the game for brand name gear. My missing star is due to the customer service. 90% of the staff are young adults who don’t know how to communicate face to face with people and do not understand what customer service is. Corporate needs to provide training, and this is not my first experience.”

“I came to this location to grab a new pair of Brookes running shoes a couple weeks ago and when I got to the shoe section it was incredibly busy with only one employee working the area. Let me tell you this employee busted her butt and gave some of the BEST customer service I have seen. While other employees were around the store talking amongst each other this girl was assisting well over 10 people and grabbing each person multiple shoes. We, the customers, were talking amongst each other and were so impressed with this girl and how she was HUSTLING to make sure she was helping everyone and checking in with them. One customer went to find help for the girl but the poor kid looked like he didn’t know what to do. This girl had it down and picked up the slack of her coworkers. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she did amazing and deserves a raise and kudos to her for her amazing customer service. I made sure to let the manger know as well how great she was and I left with a new pair of shoes.”
